@ 2006-01-25 - 23:02:45Every Wednesday I go to Greenwich to work, and every Wednesday at 12.30 I peg it out of the building, pre rolled fag in hand, and call my gorgeous boy.
Then I walk round the corner to Goddards Pie and mash shop, and every Wednesday I sit down and have Cornish Pasty and mushy peas, no mash and a cup of tea.
They don;t have ketchup, so I cover it in vinegar and white pepper from a shaker.
It's absolutely the highlight of my day.
I mean no sarcasm by this at all- It tastes fucking amazing, costs £2.50 and you can smoke in there and the tea comes in a Mug.
Just thought you should know.
right in the middle of Greenwich tourist land, great website address too..

Lol,
Not sure I could cope without the ketchup though, pah!
Still, looks as though its worth a visit!
Recommend any other pies there?

Actually, I felt the same about the ketchup at first.
But its a whole new kind of self expression!
I have to admit to not having tried any of the other pies. They do loads of veggie stuff toi, and the steak one looks amaxing! still super cheap.
