What a scary day!

I'm taking two banks to court for unfair and punitive bank charges!

Will it work? Won;t it?

Does anybody know anything about this? Any experience? Cos I'm pretty terrified!

If you've never heard about claiming back your charges you should have a look and check it out. I'm not sure what's going to happen with my claims yet but it's looking kinda positive! Apparently after a certain amopunt of fuss and bother the banks will just pay up if you claim in the right way!

We'll see.
